Compliance and Ethics
At Blackhawk Network, we are committed to doing business responsibly, ethically and honestly. Our Code of Conduct and Ethics outlines the framework we’ve developed to guide our employees in making decisions consistent with our culture and our core values. Blackhawk has established a Compliance and Ethics office to champion the Code so that everyone that works for or on behalf of the company understands our ethical standards.
Privacy and Security
Blackhawk is strongly committed to protecting the privacy of those who entrust us with their personal information. This includes our customers, partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders with whom we do business. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use the personal information we have, as well as the choices individuals have about our use of this data.
Supplier Conduct
We expect our suppliers to share our conduct and ethics principles, and have developed a Supplier Code of Conduct, which is part of the supplier contract with Blackhawk and sets out our expectations for anyone who does business with us. In addition, our Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement describes the steps we’ve taken to ensure that slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in our supply chains.
